This is a great tool to go along with a Repstick. If your players been doing the Repstick, they're getting used to getting the proper technique for catching the football. This is a great add-on to help them learn to focus and see the ball all the way into their hands. So, after you're done using your rep stick for 10 minutes, go outside, throw around 10 or 15 passes, and this will really help. What this looks like is the football's actually branded at both ends with numbers on either end, easily able to see so that when you throw them the pass, they're following that all the way in, and they're catching that. And they should be telling you what they're seeing at the end of that pass. If I caught it like this, I'm saying two versus one. And every time I throw the pass, they're going to call out to me. This helps them identify that tip of that football and watch it all the way in to their hands when they squeeze it. It's a great bang bang combination with the rep stick.
